Privacy, consent and terms

What this website collects, what it does not, and the limits of the information on it. Written in plain language rather than legal boilerplate.

Medical disclaimer

Everything on this website is patient education. It describes conditions and treatments in general terms so that you can have a better-informed conversation with a doctor. It is not a diagnosis, not a treatment plan, and not a substitute for examining you.

Orthopaedic conditions that look identical in a description can be entirely different problems on examination and imaging. Do not start, stop or change any treatment on the strength of a web page.

In an emergency — a suspected fracture, a limb that is cold or numb, loss of bladder or bowel control with back pain, or a hot swollen joint with fever — go to the nearest emergency department. Do not wait for a reply to an email or a form.

What this site collects

The website does not ask for and cannot receive medical reports, scans or payment details. Please do not send them through the form. Bring them to the clinic or send them on WhatsApp to the number on the contact page.

Confidentiality

Anything you tell the clinic is confidential and is not discussed outside your care
No identifiable patient appears in any photograph, case description or review response on this site
Where a clinical image or photograph is ever used, written consent is obtained first and can be withdrawn at any time
Replies to online reviews will never confirm whether a person was a patient — even to correct an inaccurate review

Your choices

Ask for a copy of what the clinic holds about you
Ask for a correction if something is wrong
Ask for your enquiry details to be deleted, where no clinical record obligation applies
Refuse analytics entirely by using your browser’s Do Not Track or an ad blocker — nothing on the site will break

Accuracy and review

Clinical pages are written and reviewed by Dr. Tarun Baghla, MS (Orthopaedics), and carry the date they were last reviewed. Medicine changes; if you find something out of date or wrong, please say so and it will be corrected.

Costs quoted anywhere on this site are indicative ranges for planning, not quotations. Only a written estimate issued before your admission is binding.

Terms of use

Content is provided in good faith for education, with no warranty of outcome
Submitting the appointment form creates a request, not a confirmed booking — the desk confirms by phone
Text and illustrations on this site belong to the practice; ask before reproducing them
Links to other sites are for convenience and are not endorsements
